So a funny thing happened over the weekend. A video that I had posted to Facebook of my kids playing with a projection of spiders went viral! In 4 days it jumped to 1 million views. Over the years Chris and I have worked extremely hard making dozens of videos hoping to get noticed. Once in a while something would hit and get us in the tens of thousands and we’d do jumping jacks. Meanwhile all I had to do was record my kids playing with some spiders for a minute and it goes viral almost instantly. The internet is a fickle beast. Enjoy and Happy Halloween!
I just couldn’t help myself. With the boys sleeping for the night I decided to go ahead and finish the Hoth Medical Chamber myself. Even the simplest Lego design takes some time to finish so I was pretty exhausted by the time it was done. Still, I thought it came out pretty good and Alex even got to try it out. Enjoy!
There was absolutely no way that I could play WWF Wrestlefest for one 10 minute episode and be one with it. The only possible option was to make a run at the tag team championship on Saturday Night’s Main Event. It took a quick restart but I eventually got things going with the Ultimate Maniacs. Join me as I take a walk through wrestling history in part 1 of my quest to achieve tag team glory!
Now that I finally found Alex at the end of part 1, I get to see exactly what he loves most about Minecraft. Speficially, blowing everything up. We also get into skins, lava, and spawning creatures. Enjoy!
It took a couple of weeks but I got Alex and Lukas back on the arcade console. I thought we might play something new but all, Alex could think about was Marvel Super Heroes vs Street Fighter and I can’t blame him. It is a great game! So for the first time we get Alex going against Lukas (in video games, they go against each other in real life constantly). At least they do for a few minutes until Lukas gets distracted. Okay so maybe it is a little false advertising but what do you want from me? Enjoy!
As much as I enjoyed WWF Superstars, it does not hold a candle to WWF Wrestefest. It does everything the first one does times 100. The graphics, the moves, the gameplay. It is a perfect wrestling arcade game in my humble opinion. Watch me try to keep from giggling with joy as I play Royal Rumble mode with one of my favorite 80’s wrestlers, Earthquake! Enjoy!
Alex has taken over the channel! He decided that he wanted to play Minecraft in 2 player mode and I was more than happy to oblige. I’m not a Minecraft expert but he didn’t a great job teaching me the basics. Build things and blow them up. Let’s see how long it takes for me just to find him in part 1. Enjoy!
Somehow the boys still wanted to play a game together so I found this gem. I’m amazed at how quickly they are picking all of these up. It was only a matter of time however until Lukas decided he was ready to move on to something else. I just had no choice but to jump in. Enjoy!
For a set that broke things up into 3 pieces we’re having quite the time getting past the first part. I can’t believe I didn’t expect Alex to do what he did right after finishing that section. I hate to be like Lord Business but he brings it out of me. Enjoy!
It was only a matter of time before my 3 year old son Lukas wanted to get in on the action. I had to find a game he could play and stumbled across Jumping Pop. I had no idea what it was but it quickly became clear that it was the grandfather to Luigi’s Mansion. All I could think of though is why Nintendo didn’t just slap a Ghostbusters logo on this game instead of publishing the Ghostbusters games we ended up with. Fast and addictive. The kids loved it. Enjoy!
